The chillum pipe is one of the first pipe formats to have ever existed and its use is easier than making a cup of coffee. To understand how to use it we need to understand each of its 3 sections, starting at the bowl (the broad end of the pipe) this is where your smoking material and mesh is held, you will need to place a mesh or pipe screen into the bowl using the provided pick FIRST, this is to prevent the smoking material from falling down the pipe stem, once you have the mesh in place you would need to load the bowl with your smoking material. Now that the bowl is loaded we going to move on up the pipe to the stem, this is the narrow contoured section of the pipe and the area you hold in your hands during use. The stem connects at the rib of the pipe to the "peg" or mouth piece, this section has been sized to comfortably fit the mouth during use. Now that we understand the make up of the pipe its easy to deduce the way to use it, pack the bowl, hold the stem, light the bowl and drag at the mouth piece then enjoy yourself.

The pipe is made from Grade 304 Stainless Steel, this grade of *SS has a relatively low thermal conductivity when compared to other "metal smoking pipes" on the market, but the displacement of heat does not stop there, the pipes internal design takes advantage of the *SS thermal property by transferring from one wall thickness to a 60% thicker wall thickness rapidly at the base of the bowl, this forces heat to travel quickly in the bowl area but slow down at what we call the pipes thermal mass barrier. This change in wall thickness prevents the heat from travelling up the stem quickly and burning your hands during use. There are however some limitations to this feature, the pipe has been designed to cater to a single person use case, on the assumption that a single persons average use could result in the bowl being filled and emptied 3 times over in a single session before the stem becomes hot to the touch, at this point the pipe is indicating that it be put down for sometime and used again once it has cooled off. !!PLEASE NOTE!! Touching the bowl of the pipe should be avoided prior to allowing the pipe to cool down, this section of the pipe is exposed to direct heat during operation and can not be expected to stay cold during use, we do not take any responsibility for the consequences of the reckless use of our product.

Its a well know fact that almost anything can be broken if one tries hard enough, but if you plan on smoking from this pipe with a welding blow torch then we suggest you switch to a standard pocket lighter to achieve a problem free experience. The pipe is machined from 304 Stainless steel solid bar, it will survive nearly everything you could face while smoking it, (just don't go falling into a pool of lava), the pipe has enough rigidity to withstand being driven over by a regular passenger vehicle without deforming so common table drops and pocket slips will no longer be of any concern. The FOREVER pipe was designed to last FOREVER, should you pipe break (become un-usable) please email our team a picture of the broken pipe and a copy of your receipt of purchase, our team will investigate the matter and should it be determined that our product failed under reasonable use conditions we would then request that the broken pipe be returned for processing. Once the processing of the damaged pipe has been completed our team will get in touch with you to organize a replacement unit at no cost to yourself.
